If your package hasn't scanned or moved in over 48 hours, click the 'Initiate Investigation' link in your dashboard. Our system will automatically file an inquiry directly with the carrier's depot supervisor to trigger a physical search of the last logged container.

If the carrier investigation yields no results within 5 business days, the shipment is formally declared lost. You will receive an immediate notification to either auto-dispatch a 100% free replacement order, or receive a complete full-value refund back to your original payment method.

Damaged Package on Arrival
